HOW DO I...
OBTAIN TELEPHONE ADVICE?

If you wish to speak to a doctor please telephone between 8.45 and 9.00am or 11.00 to 11.15am (Monday to Friday) on 01902 339296.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

We run an appointment system. Appointments can be made either by telephone or in person at reception. The receptionist will try to give you a convenient appointment with the doctor of your choice, but if unable to do so will suggest an alternative time or another doctor who is available. If you cannot attend for an appointment that you have booked, please let us know so that we can use it for someone else.

It is advisable to keep to the same doctor if you are already being treated by them for that condition.

The appointment telephone line is especially busy in the morning. If possible, telephone in the afternoon.

A note is kept of non-attenders. Persistent non-attenders will be asked to register with another practice.

If you need to see a doctor urgently, please tell the receptionist. An appointment will be given the same day, but not necessarily with your usual doctor.

OBTAIN A HOME VISIT?

We make home visits to those who are too ill to attend the surgery or who are housebound. We do ask you to come to the surgery if at all possible as this makes more efficient use of the doctors' time.

Please help us by requesting home visits before 10.00am when possible.

HOW DO I...
CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

If you change your name, address or telephone number, please let our receptionist know. If you move outside our practice area it will be necessary for you to find a doctor in your new area. Wolverhampton Health Authority will help you if you have any difficulties finding a new doctor. Their telephone number is 01902 444888.
