HOW DO I....OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?Repeat prescription requests will
be accepted in writing only. Please do not telephone requests. Requests for repeat
prescriptions should be made by using the computer request slips (attached to
the previous prescription). Please allow two working days for your prescription
to be ready. If you are unable to collect the prescription please enclose a stamped
addressed envelope. REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE?Please bring your medical card to the surgery. If you do not have your medical card we need to know your previous address and the name of your previous doctor in order to register you. You will not be fully registered until this is carried out. Children under the age of five are invited to attend the child health surveillance clinic. |
